I am pleased to announce that I have recently become a Google Trusted Photographer, allowing me to create 360° virtual tours of businesses in Birmingham and Solihull areas, to be shown on Google Maps Street View and Google Places. You also get a selection of professional shot and edited ‘feature photos’, which are displayed on your Google Places page, as well as being able to embed the feature photos and virtual tour on your business’s website.
This new Google Business Photos service allows you to improve the online presence of your businesses and lets your customers view the inside of your premises, taking a virtual look around at the products your shop offers or lets them choose where they would like to sit in your restaurant. Why don’t you take a look around The Loft Lounge, in Birmingham, one of the businesses I have already created a Street View Virtual Tour for:
As well as 360° panorama, I capture a variety of still feature photos of your business, which are shown on your Google Places business page, which your customers will see when they search for you on Google and Google Maps, making your business stand out of the crowd. You can see the Costume Department’s Google Places page really stands out from the crowd with the feature photos and virtual tour:

I have photographed Central Theatre Supplies in Hall Green, who’s search result in Google now stand out more due to their Google Business Photos – take a look when you search for ‘Theatrical Supplies Birmingham‘ – you can see the listing on the right hand side shows the inside street view images and feature photos:

Having a Google Business Photos shoot also improves your Google Maps search results, as seen here from searching for the Coffee Rooms in Birmingham City Centre:

I’ve just finished another project for Catering Equipment Ltd, working with THINK! and do to produced a document presentation folder. Catering Equipment used my Building Photography, Profile Photography and Product Photography services to complete this project as they wanted images of their main product groups, some images of their warehouse showing off their large stock and showroom, as well as images of staff too. You can see larger images of the completed folder after the break:

I’ve just completed some more product photography for Catering Equipment Ltd for their new flyer, which has been designed by THINK! and do. The front of the flyer is similar to the trailer which I took the photos for previously, while the back has a new image of a pre-rinse unit, a popular item at the moment.

Its always great to see your images in print but I was particulally pleased to see this photo printed full page in the Birmingham Mail the other day. I was taken at an event held in St Martins Church in the Bullring, which was a very striking and photogenic venue. You can see the original photo below:

Metallica stopped off at the LG Arena on Wednesday as part of their Death Magnetic tour and I had a photo pass – great! The gig was awesome – the usual first three songs rule applied, but that was a whole 18 minutes worth! There was such an amazing atmosphere in the arena, as you can see in my photos below:
